Computer Audio: Audacity 1.3.4 Released for Windows and Linux
Audacity 1.3.4 has been released for Windows and Linux - sorry, but we'll have to wait for Mac OS-X! To download, click here (audacity.sourceforge.net).
Hi AJF, I know exactly what you mean. I had to give it a work-out myself this weekend on a peculiar clip that was recorded at a non-standard rate and was very noisy to boot. Audacity handled the sample rate and appeared to do a good job of resampling it to a more standard rate so I could try out various audio filters to enhance the signal.
Thanks Keith. I use Audacity all the time so things have just got better. It's just like Christmas!!!
